It is located at the south foot of Fuci mountain, a branch of Haitan mountain in Wenzhou City. Ye Gao (1150-1223), whose character is regular, is called Mr. Shuixin by scholars. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Chunxi Jinshi was granted the title of Pingjiang Jiedu Tui Guan, and Li Guan served as the Minister of Li Department. In the second year of Kaixi (1206), the Jin soldiers invaded the South and were ordered by baomoge to build Kangfu and set up envoys along the river. Later, he was dismissed from office and returned to Li. Ye Gao is a famous politician, thinker and writer in the Southern Song Dynasty, and a representative of Yongjia school. He is the author of Mr. Shuixin's anthology, other collections of Shuixin and Xixue Jiyan. The tomb was stolen in the early years. On one side of the celadon epitaph, the inscription "the tomb of Ye wending, the Minister of the History Department of the great Song Dynasty, was set up in the 10th year of Chunshang". It was abandoned many times and restored in 1981. The tomb faces south and covers an area of 104 square meters. It consists of three parts: grave platform, worship platform and tomb chamber. There is a tombstone in front of the tomb, which reads "the tomb of Duke wending of song Ye".
