Qishan temple is located in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. It used to be called "Chongxian Temple". It was built in 1342, the second year of Kaiyun in the Late Jin Dynasty. The temple was built by Shi'an Shigao and later destroyed. There are five relic bases, and the temple is built by master Shi Changshun.
