Introduction to scenic spots
On the north side of Huibo building is Huibo gate, formerly known as beishuimen. Above the Huibo gate, there is a tower, which is called Huibo tower. During the reign of song Xining, Zeng Gong, who was then the governor of Qizhou, built the present-day beishuimen in order to control the flood in the north of Jinan. It is not only the gate of the North City, but also the outlet. The water of the lake can flow out of the city from the gate of the north water gate to the Xiaoqing River. Generally, the gate does not open, and the East, South and north gates of the old city of Jinan are not on the same axis, so there is a saying that "the four gates are not right, and the north gate does not open" in Jinan City. Daming Lake is formed by the confluence of springs, which is concentrated in the discharge of beishuimen, so beishuimen is also called huibomen. Because of this, Daming Lake has become a treasure lake with "no rising rain, no drying up after a long drought". In the early Yuan Dynasty, a two-story tower named Huibo tower was built on beishuimen. In the second year of the reign of emperor Zhizhi of the Yuan Dynasty (1322 AD), it was expanded and rebuilt; in the first year of the reign of emperor TAIDING of the Yuan Dynasty, it was rebuilt. On the eve of the liberation of Jinan, Huibo building was in disrepair and collapsed. In 1982, the people's Government of Jinan rebuilt Huibo building on the site of the old building, basically imitating the old system. It is a seven storey building with "overhanging mountains and double eaves". It is located on the 7-meter-high north gate, with a height of 13.6 meters. The whole building is supported by 88 red columns, cornices, brackets, green tiles and wind chimes hanging on the cantilevered beams. The upper and lower floors are surrounded by corridors for visitors to sit on. Doors, windows and fans are carved with traditional patterns and painted with gold. Under the eaves of the second floor in the south of the building, there is a gold plaque of "huibolou", inscribed by Li Xiongcai, a contemporary calligrapher and painter. Under the eaves of the second floor in the west of the building, another plaque of "Huibo evening photo" is hung, inscribed for Liu Haisu, an art master.
The wonderful place of Huibo building is to go up to the building for sightseeing. Overlooking from the railing, you can see the mountains in the south, which are as green as a screen and vigorous. In the north, we can see Huashan's smoke, Queshan's Dai, row upon row of buildings, and pingchou's green. Overlooking the downstairs, you can see that the Ming Lake is like a mirror, the boats are waving, and the pavilions and pavilions are hidden among the willows. If the value of autumn evening, you can see the beautiful sunset, set off the rosy sunset. In the setting sun, the distant mountains are covered with a layer of pink gauze, but even more gloomy in the hazy; the tall buildings in the city reflect thousands of golden lights, and the whole city is covered with boundless glory. The autumn willow on the bank seems to be intoxicated by the brilliance, and is covered with purple, gazing at the golden waves of the lake. The golden wave pulled out tens of millions of gold threads and reflected them to the Huibo tower, so the Huibo tower was as colorful as a palace in the sky. In the eight old sceneries of Jinan, "Huibo evening photo" refers to the autumn evening scenery seen on the old Huibo stone bridge on the south side of beishuimen. Now the stone bridge does not exist, the ticket gate is blocked, and the evening photos of Huibo here are no longer seen. However, the myriad weather of Huibo building should be a more magnificent new "Huibo evening photo".
Huibo building is the last scenic spot on the lake bank. Further east, it's the east gate of the park. However, the scenery in the lake is more wonderful and fascinating, so we must not abandon it and go out of the east gate.
After visiting Huibo tower, you can take a rest upstairs or downstairs, and then return to the Arctic temple. There is a dock in front of the Arctic temple, which is specially designed for tourists to enjoy the scenic spots in the lake. As long as you spend a few yuan to buy a ticket, you can take the boat with national characteristics to visit all the scenic spots of the lake. Tourists usually go to Lixia Pavilion, the largest and most famous scenic spot in the lake, and then visit other scenic spots in the lake separately after touring Lixia Pavilion. Some people are willing to travel according to the offshore order of scenic spots. No matter where you swim first, as long as a ticket in hand, you can do whatever you want. Some tourists can also rent motor boats, manual rowing boats and battery boats at the West Wharf of tiegongci if they meet each other, which makes the tour more free and easy.
These boats, each of which can carry four people, are priced by the hour after the deposit is paid. Spending tens of yuan will make you have a good time. Whether you are traveling on a big boat or renting a small boat, the most important thing is safety. Daming Lake is 2 meters deep on average, and there is a lot of mud at the bottom of the lake, so even if you have a good water quality and an ambulance patrol boat shuttling across the lake, you should be very careful. In case of falling into the water, you must ask your companion to ask for help from the patrol boat.
The legend of Huibo tower
Beishuimen is located in the northeast corner of Daming Lake Park. It was founded in 1072 when Zeng Gong was the governor of Qizhou. The gate is equipped with a gate to regulate the water volume. Because of the confluence of springs and the discharge from beishuimen, it is also called huibomen. The door is also called Huibo bridge because it can be used for pedestrians. In the early Yuan Dynasty, "Huibo building" was built on the water gate, with seven rooms and two floors wide, wings and horns hanging on the mountain, lifelike kisses and sonorous wind bells. Surrounded by poplars, like stars holding the moon. After the completion of the building, Zhang yanghao, a famous Yuan Dynasty Sanqu composer, wrote a record for it, saying, "if you want to build Jinan, you can have a complete view only if you want to build dengzilou". He chanted the poem "denghuibolou", praising the scenery here: "where to climb, you can't stop thinking, and the tower is high in the sky. Bird flying clouds, thousands of layers of brocade, people in Danqing ten thousand pieces. The scenery boasted that the spring was wild, and the ancients all dreamed of water and emptiness. The Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty also came and left the poem denghuibolou.
On the eve of liberation, the building was destroyed. In 1981, it was built as is. The plaque of "Huibo building" is inscribed by Li Xiongcai, a contemporary calligrapher and painter and vice chairman of Guangdong Art Association. Huibolou is towering. In the south, you can see Lishan, Yuhan and other mountains. In the north, you can see Huashan, Queshan and other peaks. In the lake, the waves are green, the boats compete for crossing, the light is reflected, and the objects are clear. Therefore, in the past, there was a view of rivers and mountains. If you climb upstairs in the evening, you can see another wonderful scenery: overlooking from the south, in Nanfeng temple, on the platform of Yangong, there are Bell Pavilion, branches of ancient cypresses, willows and bamboo trees in the courtyard; in the south of the courtyard, the lotus is red, the distant light is shining, the setting sun is shining, the sunset is dyed, and the sky is shining, which is known as "Huibo evening light" in the world. Liu Haisu, a contemporary master of calligraphy and painting, inscribed the plaque "Huibo evening photo" on the upper floor.
