Tibet revolution exhibition hall is located in the east of front of Potala Palace in Lhasa city. It was started in 1964 and completed on August 25 the next year. Including the central hall and nine exhibition rooms, the exhibition area is more than 4500 square meters. Above the main entrance is Zhu De's title book "Tibet revolution exhibition hall". There are tens of thousands of photos, charts, models, statues, physical exhibits and so on. Since its opening, the museum has held different types of exhibitions, such as the achievements of the construction of a new socialist Tibet and serf indignation. In 1996, due to the overall reconstruction of the Potala Palace Square, the Tibet revolution exhibition hall was demolished.
