Qiujin tomb is a key cultural relic protection unit in Zhejiang Province. Located in Hangzhou West Lake Gushan Xiling bridge. Qiu Jin was killed at xuantingkou, Shaoxing, on July 15, 1907, when she failed to organize an armed uprising to overthrow the Qing government. The body was temporarily buried at the foot of Wolong mountain in Shaoxing by Tongshan hall. Later, his close friends Xu Zihua and Wu Zhiying followed Qiu Jin's last wishes and moved them to Xiling bridge. Forced by the Qing government, Shaoxing was relocated in 1908. In 1909, he moved to his husband's home in Hunan. After the success of the revolution of 1911, the coffin was returned to Hangzhou and the tomb was built at the original site. At the end of 1966, the tomb was destroyed and the remains were moved to Jilong mountain, West Lake. On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the 1911 Revolution in 1981, the people's governments of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou city rebuilt Qiujin's tomb at meihuayutou, NaNTU, Xiling bridge. The tomb is square, made of granite, and 1.7m high. On the front, there is a stone inscription of "heroine" inscribed by Sun Yat Sen. on the back, there is a memorial table of Qiujin, Jianhu heroine inscribed by Xu Zihua and Wu Zhiying. Inside the tomb, there is an inkstone in the bone altar of Qiu Jin's remains, engraved with "Qiu Jin's tomb moved from Jilong mountain to Xiling bridge in September 1981". At the top of the pedestal is a white marble statue of Qiu Jin, 2.7 meters high. With a bun, a Tang suit with a big skirt and a pleated skirt, he looks at the West Lake with his left hand on his waist and his right hand on his sword.
Tomb of Qiu Jin
Qiu Jin's tomb is the cemetery of the famous modern female democratic revolutionist Qiu Jin. It is located by the Xiling bridge at the end of Baidi, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. There is a marble tombstone on the front of the tomb, on which Sun Yat Sen's autograph "heroine" is engraved. On the back is the original stone of the epitaph written by Wu Zhiying and Xu Zihua.
Historical evolution
First burial: on July 15, 1907, at the north foot of Wolong, Shaoxing.
First move: in October 1907, moved to yanjiatan outside Changxi gate, Shaoxing.
Second migration: in February 1908, it was moved to the west of Xiling bridge in Hangzhou.
Three migrations: on December 1, 1908, he was forced to move back to yanjiatan, outside Shaoxing City, because the censor often denounced him.
Four migrations: in the autumn of 1909, he moved to Zhaoshan, Xiangtan, Hunan Province and was buried with Wang Zifang (Qiu Jin's husband).
Five migrations: in the summer of 1912, he was moved to Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, Hunan Province.
LiuQian: in the autumn of 1913, he was also buried in the original burial place on the west side of Xiling bridge, West Lake, Hangzhou.
Seven migrations: in 1964, he was buried in Jilong mountain, West Lake, Hangzhou.
Eight migrations: at the beginning of 1965, he moved back from Jilong mountain in Hangzhou to the original burial place of Xiling bridge, and changed it into a round hill tomb. On the surface of the tomb, Feng Yuxiang inscribed a couplet: "the heart of God has been the fruit of equal rights; blue blood often blooms revolutionary flowers.".
Jiuqian: after the cultural revolution in 1966, the tomb was demolished and the remains were buried in Jilong mountain, Hangzhou.
Ten migrations: in October 1981, he was also buried at the northwest foot of West Lake Gushan, at the south end of Xiling bridge. There is a white marble statue on the top of the tomb. (today's tomb)

Personage introduction
Qiu Jin (1875-1907) is a woman democratic revolutionist in modern China. Ruiqing, Jingxiong, Jianhu, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, President of Zhejiang branch of the league during the 1911 Revolution. She devoted herself to the revolutionary movement of saving the nation and the people. He was arrested in Shaoxing Datong school on July 13, 1907 and died bravely at xuantingkou on July 15. He was only 32 years old when he died. Because of his wish to "bury his bones in Xiling", his friends Wu Zhiying and Xu Zihua buried his body by Xiling bridge.
Qiu Jin is not only a revolutionary pioneer seeking truth, but also an outstanding poetess in the history of modern literature. Beside the Xiling bridge, facing the outer West Lake, in front of the original qiushe site, there is a four corner Pavilion composed of twelve red pillars, which is the wind and rain pavilion built in memory of Qiu Jin.
Qiu Jin's heroic deeds of becoming benevolence are deeply respected by later generations. In 1939, Comrade Zhou Enlai wrote an inscription in Shaoxing: "don't forget the legacy of Jianhu nvxia, hope to win honor for my Yuedong daughter." Comrade Guo Moruo also said: "Qiu Jin not only for the national liberation movement, but also for the women's liberation movement, set up a model of foresight."

The main means of transportation in this area can take bus No.7, No.27 or No.507 to get off at Geling, and walk from Xiliang bridge to visit all the scenic spots. It takes about two hours to get around.
