Construction process

In 1982, Heilongjiang provincial government decided to build Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge.

On August 30, 1986, Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge was completed. At the same time, a toll station was set up at the intersection of up and down on the south side of the bridge. On September 20, Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge was completed and opened to traffic.

On September 8, 2004, Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge stopped charging;

On November 1, Heilongjiang Provincial Department of transportation officially transferred the property rights, management rights and other rights and obligations of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge and Songbei and Hulan sections of national highway 202 to Harbin municipal government.

On June 30, the T-beam of the bridge approach was erected, and the first section of box girder on the South Bank of the main bridge was successfully closed; on July 10, the concrete pouring of No. 10 block of No. 19 pier of the main bridge of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge was completed, and the hanging basket casting construction of the whole bridge was completed. At 24:00 on July 21 of the same year, the last section of the new bridge of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge was closed to realize the connection of the main bridge and the East approach bridge, hegujie connection bridge and Youyi West Road connection bridge;

On August 13 of the same year, Lin Duo, mayor of Harbin, visited the construction site of the bridge and determined the opening date of the bridge on August 20.

At 17:30 on August 20, the new Songhua River Highway Bridge in Harbin was opened to traffic.

On the evening of September 9, 2012, the East Bridge of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge (from the first expansion joint of the main bridge on the south bank to the bridgehead) was officially closed.

On May 31, 2018, Harbin Songhuajiang Highway Bridge bridgehead repair project was completed.

On June 6, 2018, the expansion joint of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge was repaired.

On October 31, 2018, the East and West bridges of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge completed the centralized maintenance and finishing project. Comb expansion joints have been replaced on the bridge deck of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge. Six bridgeheads are decorated with restoration style, with fluorocarbon paint, lighting and European style exterior wall structure maintenance. On March 28, 2019, in order to improve the efficiency of long-distance rapid traffic of urban elevated system and facilitate the rapid traffic of directional traffic flow, the order Department of Harbin Public Security Traffic Management Bureau planned to set up directional fast lane for the first time. The first directional lane is located in the rightmost lane of West Bridge of Songhuajiang highway bridge in Harbin. The starting point is 350 meters south of the intersection of Songbei Avenue and Taiyang Avenue. The ground is marked with "start point of directional lane", the ground along the way is marked with the destination "Youyi West Road", and the ending point is at the lower bridge of Youyi West Road, the highway bridge. Design concept

The main surface design of Harbin Songhuajiang highway bridge focuses on the transition of the bridge to the river. A series of 2.2-meter-wide half moon shaped spiral stairs are arranged vertically, which are hidden in the semi-circular colorful glass curtain wall. Through the 70 meter long corridor composed of straight line and circular arc, a 3-meter-wide and 30 meter long staircase is connected, forming a group of modern magnificent bridgeheads Architecture. The staircase and corridor railings are white solid, and the lower part of the staircase is supported by lattice, just like a jade belt, floating to the green sea with the wind. The lines of the whole building are smooth and stretch. Through the appropriate proportion of area and the use of different texture materials, it is magnificent, beautiful, rough and slender, which is in harmony with the environment and reflects the architectural characteristics of the specific environment.

 

At the junction of main bridge and approach bridge are two modern round hall buildings with bridgehead style. In the round hall, there are not only offices for bridge managers, but also places for tourists to eat and take a rest. The perimeter of the circular hall and the bridge deck are long outline. The east side of the long outline guardrail is decorated with bright red ochre marble. There is a big word "Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge" with hollowing and gilding. The west side long profile connects the pedestrian ladder under the bridge with the sidewalk on the bridge deck.

 

Design features

Jiangbei Jinhe River beach bridge is a prefabricated prestressed concrete simply supported T-beam with 5 holes and 30 meters in length and 150 meters in length. The bridge deck is continuous. Lower bored pile foundation.

 

Design parameters

The main bridge of Harbin Songhua River Highway Bridge is 1198 meters long, of which the main span across the river is 748 meters long prestressed concrete box continuous beam; the side span of the north bank is 15 holes, 30 meters long and 450 meters long prestressed concrete prefabricated simply supported beam, which is a continuous bridge with five holes and one joint deck. The lower main pier foundation consists of 22 ~ 24 bored piles with a diameter of 1.3m, gravity pier body with ice breaking body, 8 column piers with a diameter of 1.3m for side pier foundation, and 14 bored piles with a diameter of 1.3m and ribbed slab abutment body for abutment foundation.

 

The approach bridge in Jiangnan City is 458m long, which is composed of straight bridge, inclined bridge and ring bridge. The straight bridge is a prestressed concrete simply supported box girder with 4 holes of 30m and 120 meters long, and the inclined bridge is a prestressed concrete simply supported box girder with 1 hole of 36m and 1 hole of 22m
