This pioneering work began with the grand idea of "developing and carrying forward Sun Tzu's art of war culture, reproducing the hometown of Sun Tzu in Huimin County" initiated by leaders and experts of Binzhou City and Huimin County, and "actively and cautiously, high starting point, far-reaching planning, big hand" to develop Sun Tzu's art of war cultural tourism park. At the same time, combined with the local cultural background, historical culture and modern architecture and garden technology, the "Sun Tzu Bing" is the first example of this pioneering work The spirit of the law is the new concept of nationalization, diversification and internationalization. Through the project construction, we can develop Sun Tzu culture, promote the development of local cultural tourism and the construction of two civilizations. The project is an integral part of the tourism system of "one mountain, one water and two saints" in Shandong Province, and is one of the 13 key tourism support projects in Shandong Province.

Sun Tzu art of war city was founded in October 2002, located in the north of Huimin County, a famous historical and cultural city in Shandong Province. According to the current plane design plan, the control area is 7200 mu, forming a wide and flat area around the ancient city wall, moat, provincial road Qingzi road and Lehu road triangle. The whole area is divided into three parts, a total of 20 scenic spots, with a planned total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is divided into three phases, the first phase covers an area of 1100 mu.

The first part: Sun Tzu art of war culture exhibition area

It is composed of wusheng mansion, wusheng arena, Bazhen hall, ancient weapons hall and other scenic spots.

Covering an area of 238 mu, the scenic spot of wusheng mansion is a group of majestic and magnificent buildings of Qin and Han Dynasties. It uses sound, light, electricity, multimedia and other modern scientific and technological means to fully display the military wisdom and related military culture of Sun Tzu's art of war. The scenic spot of wusheng arena includes barracks, military arena, commanding platform and wusheng altar, which mainly represents the large-scale ancient costume music 2500 years ago in a unique classical form Dance and battle array demonstration; eight array hall is the first creation in China. It is a multi-dimensional building. According to the eight array created by Sun Tzu, it shows the ancient array and contemporary information war ideas, and embodies the war rules in Sun Tzu's art of war. The ancient weapons hall is a collection of ancient cold weapons, firearms, chariots, warships and other war equipment, including white blade, long-range fire, firearms, chariots and so on , warships, protection, etc.

The second part: the town sightseeing area in Song Dynasty

It mainly includes Song Dynasty city wall, north gate, moat and other scenic spots. The song city wall site in the county is a provincial cultural relic protection unit. The existing ancient city wall is 1500m high, 10m high and 22m wide at the bottom. The scenic spot will restore the north wall, north gate, moat and other scenic spots of Dizhou ancient city in the Northern Song Dynasty on the existing ruins.

The third part: recreation area

It is composed of ancient city park and folk culture street. It mainly displays local folk customs and various supporting service facilities.

Wusheng mansion, the core scenic spot of Sun Tzu's art of war City Phase I project, started construction in October 2002, partially completed and put into trial operation in October 2003, and will be fully completed and opened in October 2004. The architectural design of wusheng mansion takes the layout style of Tianwang mansion of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in Nanjing as the model, adopts the architectural style of Qin and Han Dynasties, creates a rich space environment through various forms of monomer combination, and creates a long-term historical atmosphere and elegant internal and external environment for the display of Sun Tzu culture. The layout of the whole building complex is arranged from south to north along the central axis, with the que gate and 15 main halls arranged in a vertical line, with a total length of 999m and a width of 88m. The first hall, named Xudian, is used to show the family background of Sun Tzu and the history and culture of benefiting the people in his hometown. The 15th hall, named Zeshi hall, shows the influence and spread of Sun Tzu culture, and also serves as the back door (Desheng Gate). The thirteen halls in the middle display the thirteen chapters of Sun Tzu's art of war, and each hall is named after the thirteen chapters.

There are 15 courtyards in the 15th hall, each of which has landmark landscape and personalized greening features. A 30 ton stone statue of Sun Tzu was placed in the middle of the first entrance. From the second to the 15th entrance, the East and west side halls (wing rooms) were set on both sides of the main hall to display 36 plans in the form of interactive and participatory entertainment. Each individual building creates rich internal and external space through the change of shape and scale. At the same time, through the separation and connection of porches, roads and bridges, it realizes the organic combination between individual buildings and makes the group space rich in change and harmonious unity. The whole building complex is dense, well distributed, well laid out, with central axis and left-right symmetry.

There are primary and secondary squares on the north and south sides of Sun Tzu's art of war city. The South Square is 9180m2 in area, with granite pavement and overall symmetrical layout. In the center of the square is a Chinese chess board symbolizing the confrontation between the two armies. Chuhe River and Hanjie are the main passageways from the square to the tourist area. On both sides of the square, there are nine pieces in the East and West, arranged according to the formation. The East-West boundary of the square is pruned with green shrubs to form a battlement hedge, and grass shields are planted on the inner slope of the hedge. The northeast corner and northwest corner of the square are respectively equipped with a group of "weapon rack" type lamps. Eighteen lamp posts are made in the shape of eighteen weapons. In the south, the East and west of the square are respectively equipped with elevated decorative lamps in the shape of chime frame. In the south of the square, there is a lying stele in the middle. On the front, it is engraved with "Chinese Sun Tzu art of war city" in Chinese and English. On the back, it is engraved with a stele written by Huimin County People's government. At the bottom of the back, there is a large shield pool covered with various flowers and plants.

In order to truly reproduce the rich connotation of military culture, the internal display breaks the traditional display mode. Each chamber of the hall uses a large number of sound, light and electricity to form three-dimensional animation multimedia, panoramic model, large-scale panoramic painting, halfview painting, mural, sculpture, color painting, film materials, special set architecture and a large number of objects Pictures and words give visitors a multi-level and multi angle aesthetic feeling. The display system takes Sun Tzu's art of war as the longitude, the war cases of Sun Tzu's art of war in various periods as the latitude, and the intuitive cultural relics as the historical evidence. It weaves a vivid picture of war history, giving people a vivid and intuitive influence of military culture. At the same time, the exhibition space and lighting color are used harmoniously, and the lighting is combined with the content and form of each hall, creating a solemn and approachable artistic atmosphere. The 224 wing rooms on both sides of the 15th hall are mainly used for service and business purposes, with 36 items displayed. The order of exhibition and tour is reversed from north to south. In contrast to the static style of the 15th hall, the 36 plans in the box are mainly displayed in dynamic form. Using electric display, fireworks, fluorescent, deformable mirror, Western scenery story, illusory imaging, walking lantern, puppet show, glass cabinet cartoon, shadow play and so on to form a lively and exciting game, so that visitors can experience 36 strategies in the play.

Construction plan

According to the overall planning of Huimin County, Huimin County government entrusts Beijing Tiantu Art Engineering Co., Ltd. to plan the first phase project of Sun Tzu art of war City, and carry out the internal design and construction of wusheng mansion. The architectural drawings of wusheng mansion are designed by Shandong Cultural Relics science and technology protection center, the basic project is constructed by the 14th Bureau of the Ministry of railways, and the auxiliary supporting projects of the first phase project are constructed by some construction units of Huimin County Commitment. Under the careful guidance of well-known experts from the Chinese Sun Tzu art of War Research Association and the Academy of Military Sciences, the "outline of interior exhibition design" was completed by a research team composed of relevant experts and scholars in Binzhou City and some young professionals in Huimin County.
