Wengding primitive tribe
Wengding wa language means "a place surrounded by clouds". It is an ordinary village in the Midwest of Cangyuan County. Wengding Dazhai village is the center of Wengding village, with 97 families and more than 500 people, all of them Wa people. Wengding Dazhai village has a history of nearly 400 years. The village was first built for the Yang family, so the position of the leader of the village was inherited from the Yang family. The stockade is composed of gate, residence, stake and forest.
