The main block in the garden is a Chinese two-story brick and wood structure building, covering an area of 236.6 square meters and a construction area of 473.2 square meters. It is the residence of Lu Rongting, his wife Tan and his third son Lu Yuguang. Side rooms, front and rear seats and miscellaneous rooms are for subordinates, guests and bodyguards to live in.
