The development of tourism and related industries is the top priority of Zhaobaoshan street economic work, and also the focus of Zhenhai District tourism development work. Zhaobaoshan tourism since December 2006, Zhaobaoshan scenic area is managed by the street territory, around the development goal of building a coastal historical and cultural city, to create a national 4A scenic area as the starting point, successfully transformed from urban park to national scenic area.

On the one hand, it invited relevant experts to support it and learned from it everywhere. On the other hand, it held the firm determination of "do not take approval documents and do not leave" and actively ran for the project to obtain the approval from relevant national departments.

On August 25, 2009, the feasibility study report of China Air Defense Expo Park project was approved by the National People's defense office after detailed evaluation including engineering survey and design quotation negotiation and civil air defense tunnel safety evaluation.
