Erxianling scenic spot is located in Guangba Township, Dongfang City, Hainan Province, on the Northeast Bank of the middle reaches of Changhua River, 60 kilometers away from Basuo Town, the county seat. It was designated as a tourist scenic spot by the people's Government of Hainan Province in 1988.

The grand meeting of March 3 originated in the Russian Xianling. It is said that a long time ago, this cave was the nest of a crow. Crows devour poultry, make cheap crops, and rob beautiful girls everywhere, which makes the people around panic and unable to live and work in peace and contentment. One day, the beautiful girl of Li nationality, erniang, went up the mountain to pick wild flowers and was caught in the cave by the crow spirit. Aung's sweetheart, ah GUI, was devastated. On the third of March of this year, a GUI went up the mountain with sharp knives, bows and arrows to save her mother. Fighting with the crow spirit on the mountain, he was killed by the crow spirit because he was defeated. After hearing the news, she was very sad and vowed to kill the crow spirit. She was quiet, looking for opportunities carefully. One day, the crow spirit came back from afar, very tired and snoring. Russian mother quietly went to the crow essence, pulled out the awl on her hair, and quickly pricked the crow essence's eyes. The crow was blind and ran about in the cave. Russian mother took the opportunity to use the bow and arrow brought by a GUI, three arrows in a row into the heart of the crow essence, avenged a GUI, and did great harm to the people. Since then, she never married, but every year on the third day of the third month of the lunar calendar, she went to Erxian cave to sing the love song she sang when she fell in love with a GUI. Later, the Li people named the cave "erniang cave" in memory of erniang. This mountain is also named as erniang Jiufeng Mountain. On March 3 every year, unmarried young men and women of Li nationality gather in Erxian mountain, singing love songs to find their favorite people. This move has been expanded year by year and has become a grand traditional festival for Li people in Hainan.
