Dongshi ancient village
Dongshi ancient village, with a long history, is located on the North Bank of longjiang'ao (dongshigang) and in the west corner of the town. It was called "she village" in ancient times. It was the residence of the chief of the she family who moved to the South during the reign of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty (25-27). At the time of the five chaos in China, Lin Shangshu (taboo Kaiji, No. Xishan) of Luoyang City, Henan Province, took a group of people to avoid the disaster of war and lived in the east of the village from the coast of the waterway. The place name of "Dongshi" was born from this, and the name of "she village" was changed to "Dongshi village". In the first year of kaihuang (581), Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty sent an envoy to Kaizhou (Taiwan) and stationed troops there. Xishan magazine called this the beginning of QUANNAN garrison. It is known as "Jiangfang fortress".
The origin of the ancient village
In the sixth year of the Taiping reign (981) of the Song Dynasty, when Emperor Taizong ordered the construction of Tianxia city and zhaidun, dongshizhai was overhauled with official silver. After the overhaul, the perimeter of the wall is 192 Zhang, the base is 1 Zhang wide, and the height is 1 Zhang 5 feet. At the end of Ming Dynasty, Zheng Chenggong, a national hero, set up a camp in Donggu village and built a "Guosheng city" in Baisha village to fight against the Qing Dynasty and restore Taiwan. He recruited "five tigers" and "nine battalions" and used the ancient village as an important base for the whole army to practice martial arts and raise money. The 300 square meter platform on the top of the ancient village is the command platform for Zheng Chenggong to drill his Navy. Zheng Chenggong once wrote poems to encourage and praise the selfless support of Dongshi people. One of them wrote that "he gave millions of yuan for military supplies, and he was honest and sincere, but he was not Hao Wu; he was also praised as Mr. Cen and Mr. Yang. He was poor and was willing to help a cow." Zheng Chenggong wrote the word "Danxin" and ordered the craftsmen to engrave it on the giant rock to inspire the soldiers. Today, the thick and vigorous heart still exists on the cliff of the ancient village. The plaque of "Di path" written by Zeng Shu, a disciple of Zhu Xi (a Jinshi in the reign of Chunxi of Song Dynasty), complements each other.
Scenery
When you get to Dongshi ancient village, the scenery is very charming. The sea breeze is mixed with a light smell of sandalwood, which is refreshing. Good men and women pray in the Confucius Temple, and of course, there are tourists who come here. Here, the smoke of war has gone with history, everything is so harmonious and peaceful. At the foot of the Longjiang river flowing quietly, it seems that the unforgettable past will always be buried in the abyss of history.
history
Jinjiang has a history of more than 1700 years. However, there is a place in Dongshi, Jinjiang, which boasts a longer history than Jinjiang. This is the landmark building of Dongshi ancient village.
Dongshi ancient village is located in the west of Dongshi town of Jinjiang, near Longjiang. It has a history of nearly 2000 years. As early as the year of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty, that is, from 25 to 27 A.D., the she family in central Fujian moved south to Dongshi. Seeing the beautiful scenery here, they camped here and lived there. This became the residence of the chief of the she family. The ancient village was built as early as BC. It was called "she village" at that time. The she village was built by she people from Central Plains at that time. The whole village was only built with stones and Palisades at that time. "She village" is the predecessor of "Dongshi ancient village". However, it will not last long. The wish of she family to live and work here is not true. During the Yongping period (58-78 A.D.), in order to conquer the she family scattered in the coastal areas of Southern Fujian, Emperor Han and Ming sent troops to attack the She nationality. Finally, the She nationality was conquered and had to move to Fuding County in eastern Fujian.
In the fifth year of Yongjia, that is 331 ad, the "five Hu rebellion" broke out, which was known as the "Yongjia rebellion" in history. Many ethnic minorities in the North launched a large-scale rebellion, and the Xiongnu captured Luoyang and abducted Huaidi. At this time, there were many wars and chaos in the north. At that time, in order to avoid chaos, officials and common people moved south to the relatively stable south, which formed the first climax of people's immigration in Central China in Chinese history. At that time, the war disaster was very serious in the north, especially in Luoyang. There was once a surname of Lin Shangshu (Lin Kaiji), who was the Shangshu of Luoyang. At that time, he ran to Dongshi by water. He saw that she village was a good place, so he settled down in Dongshi village. Because there was a big stone in the East, called Longshan stone, so the name of "Dongshi" came from this. Since then, the name of "she village" has been changed to "Dongshi village", and the people brought by Lin Shangshu have become the ancestors of Dongshi.
At the end of Ming Dynasty, in order to fight against the Qing Dynasty and restore Taiwan, Zheng Chenggong took advantage of the favorable military position of Dongshi village to set up a camp here, and used the ancient village as a base for the whole army to practice martial arts and raise food and salaries. Therefore, Dongshi Village at that time was also called "Zheng Gong Village". In 1655, the 12th year of Shunzhi, the Qing army invaded on a large scale. Zheng Chenggong sent his uncle Zheng Hongkui to demolish Anhai city and build Dongshi stronghold. On the top of the stronghold, a training platform was built to train the Navy. The word "Danxin" is said to have been written by Zheng Chenggong.
In the 12th year of Shunzhi, because the Qing army was pressing down on the border at that time, the war was very fierce. In order to motivate the soldiers, Zheng Chenggong wrote the word "Danxin" and ordered people to carve it on a stone. Later, we Dongshi people called this stone "Danxin stone", which also became one of the symbols of Dongshi town.
