Qilu Institute of Technology (formerly Xingtan College of Qufu Normal University) is an ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China. The college has the level of national unified enrollment of ordinary undergraduate and junior college, and corresponding ordinary undergraduate and junior college.

Qilu Institute of technology has Jinan and Qufu campuses. Jinan campus is located in the Eastern University City of Jinan, and Qufu campus is located in Qufu City, Confucius' hometown.
