Jilin Business College is a provincial public undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of education in March 2007, which is a combination of the former Jilin finance and Taxation College, Jilin Business College and Jilin grain college. The former three schools were all founded in the 1950s. In the course of running a school for more than half a century, they have created a number of famous brand majors such as accounting, catering, food and so on, and trained tens of thousands of excellent talents for national construction.

The school is located in Changchun, the spring city of northern China, with three campuses of Heping, Xi'an and Kalun, covering an area of 1152800 square meters and a construction area of 306000 square meters. The planned total construction area of Kalun campus is 538100 square meters, and the construction area of the starting area is 195000 square meters.
