Huihua College of Hebei Normal University, established in June 2001, is an independent college with full-time undergraduate level approved by Hebei provincial government and confirmed by the Ministry of education. Huihua college is located in southwest high school district of Shijiazhuang City, which is composed of South College and North College. The college is a garden style Academy with abundant teachers, complete teaching equipment and elegant campus environment. At present, the college has 9 departments and 49 undergraduate majors, covering 9 disciplines such as economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, management and art, with more than 12000 students. According to the regulations of the Ministry of education, the undergraduate diploma of Huihua College of Hebei Normal University will be issued to the students who have completed their studies and have passed the examination; and the bachelor's degree certificate of Huihua College of Hebei Normal University will be issued to those who meet the degree awarding conditions.

Since its establishment, Huihua university has conscientiously implemented the No.26 order of the Ministry of education, continuously explored new school running mechanism and mode, paid attention to improving teaching quality, carefully cultivated talents, and gradually formed a set of scientific, efficient, standardized management system and operation mechanism with our characteristics. In 2010, our college was rated as "national advanced independent college". In 2016, our institute was established in China Science Evaluation Research Center (RCCSE) of Wuhan University and China Science and education evaluation network（ www.nseac.com ）The number of Independent Colleges in China in 2016 was the ninth, and our college ranked in the top ten in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Huihua University adheres to the fine tradition of Hebei Normal University, gives full play to the abundant educational resources of the school headquarters, and selects excellent teachers to teach all the main courses. The college now employs 789 full-time teachers, including 149 professors, 332 associate professors, 204 with doctor's degree and 315 with master's degree.

Based on the characteristics of students, our normal majors organize and select excellent students to actively participate in the "Internship Project". On September 10, 2010, Zhang Jing and other three students, who were interning in Liudaohe middle school in Xinglong County, were honored to celebrate Teachers' day with Wen Jiabao, then Premier of the State Council. On June 8, 2013, Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, visited Hebei Normal University to learn about the employment situation of college students. Geng Jiajia, a history major, and Jing Jinghui, a fine arts major, had the honor to talk with the premier and listen to his instructions and instructions.
