Heilongjiang College of political science and law management

Heilongjiang Provincial College of political science and law administration is a public institution of higher learning approved by the people's Government of Heilongjiang Province and reported to the Ministry of education for the record. It is subordinate to the political science and Law Commission of Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and managed by the Provincial Department of justice. It is the only law institution of higher learning in Northeast China that integrates general education, adult education and cadre training. The college has first-class legal education teachers in the province, mature legal personnel training mode, good political and legal system training environment, and stable graduate employment market. Since its establishment, the Institute has trained more than 40000 legal talents all over the country, especially in the public security, court, inspection, judicial, security, prison, tax, industry and commerce departments of our province. A considerable number of them have also taken up leadership positions at all levels, and many of them have been awarded honorary titles such as "excellent police officer", "excellent judge", "excellent prosecutor", "excellent political and legal worker", "expert in handling cases" and so on.
