Wuhan Alumni Association College of Wuhan University was founded in 1983. It is located in the third ring student apartment of Wuhan University on the shore of East Lake and under Luojia mountain. It was established by Professor Liu Daoyu, then president of Wuhan University. It is a registered student aid unit of national higher education self study examination committee (examination center of Ministry of Education) and a qualified higher education institution confirmed by Hubei Provincial Department of education. There are six departments including art department, economics and management department, law department, nursing department, mechanical and electrical engineering department and graduate department.
