Hebei communications vocational and technical college is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical college, which is subordinate to the Department of education of Hebei Province. The college was founded in 1949. After the historical period of Shijiazhuang Highway Engineering School of the Ministry of communications, Hebei Shijiazhuang Communications College, Hebei Shijiazhuang Communications College, Hebei Communications College, Hebei communications vocational and technical college, it has held undergraduate, junior college and higher vocational education It is one of the six earliest highway engineering colleges established by the Ministry of communications in China.

The college covers an area of 684.2 mu, and the library has a collection of more than 640000 books. The college has 8 departments, 2 departments, 48 majors, 8 on campus training bases, 88 training rooms (centers), 273 off campus training bases, and Hebei College Students' automobile driving training center.
