Shrub, 1-2m high. Branches angular, densely pubescent. Leaflets 3, obovate oblong or oblong, apical leaflets 4-10 cm long and 2.5-4 cm wide, lateral leaflets smaller, apex acuminate or acute, base cuneate or round, glabrous above and densely pubescent below. Inflorescence axillary capitate, with many flowers; total pedicel short, about 3-6 mm long, with dense pubescence; calyx campanulate, about 3-5 mm long, one calyx tooth lanceolate below, longer than other calyx teeth, with dense pubescence; corolla white or light yellow; ovary linear, with 3-4 ovules. Pods about 2-2.5 cm long, slightly curved, dorsal ventral suture wavy, 3-6 pod nodes, dense silky pilose. The flowering period is from July to September.
It grows in hillside, shrubbery, forest edge and wasteland. Distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Taiwan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places.
