Large shrubs to small trees, 2-4 meters high, the whole plant thin pilose. The leaves are palmately 3-foliolate, the terminal leaflets are elliptic or acutely ovate, 4-9 cm long and 1.5-2.5 cm wide, pointed at both ends, sparsely toothed at the edge, and the lateral leaflets are smaller, oblique, petiolate and acutely toothed. Raceme axillary; flowers small, yellow white, 4-numbered. Fruit round, not dehiscent when ripe.
It grows in mountains, under sparse forests, hills or shrubs. It is distributed in Guangdong.
