Raceme, with more than 10 flowers; pedicel 6-8 mm long; calyx campanulate, with irregular fine teeth, covered with stellate hairs, persistent; corolla white, 1.5 cm long, 5-lobed, lobes lanceolate, arranged like tweezers at the time of flower bud; style as long as corolla. Fruit ovate, about 6 mm long. The flowering period is from May to June. The fruiting period is July.

Most of them live in the mixed forest on the sunny slope of the mountain. It is distributed in Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou, etc.
