[chemical composition] each 100 g contains about 84 g of water, 7.1 g of protein, 7.2 g of fat, 1.2 g of carbohydrates, 0.5 g of ash, 34 mg of calcium, 93 mg of phosphorus, 1.4 mg of iron, 0.03 mg of thiamine, 0.21 mg of riboflavin and 1.8 mg of nicotinic acid.
