Herbs perennial, 25-45 cm high. The root is slender. The stem is erect, the lower part is purple, the upper part is branched, the tender branch is green, and the whole plant contains milk. Stems and leaves alternate; oblanceolate or linear lanceolate, 2.5-4.5 cm long, 3-4 mm wide, apex obtuse, slightly concave or convex, entire, narrowly slender above middle; petiole apex densely covered; linear.
