(Kaibao materia medica)

The hind limb is longer than the forelimb, with hook and claw. There are orange spots in the front of the head ear; the base of the back hair is light gray black, the upper part is light yellow, and the tip is black; the yellow of the neck and back is more obvious than that of the back. Ventral hair gray white, with pale orange hair tip. The color of the flying film is the same as that of the abdomen, but the edge is gray white, and the boundary of the back and abdomen can be clearly seen. Lingzhi block

It is better to be blocky, dark brown, glossy, oily and free of impurities.

② Lingzhi rice

Also known as: sanlingzhi. It is a long oval cylinder with rounded ends, 5-15 mm long and 3-6 mm in diameter. The surface is dark brown, smoother, slightly coarse, often with light spots, some with luster. It is light and loose, easy to break, yellow, yellow green or black brown in cross section, and fibrous. Weak Qi, slightly bitter and salty taste. It is better to have rough surface, dark brown outside, yellow green inside, light body and no impurity. The quality is worse than Lingzhi block.
