It is about 9 cm long and looks like a swallow. The mouth is short and broad, flat and weak, black. The head and back are dark brown, and the waist is shallow; the wings are long and sharp, and the wing end exceeds the tail end when the wings are closed; the flying and tail feathers are pure black, with green luster. The abdomen is all brown. The tail is shallow forked. Feet short and weak, tarsometatarsal Brown feathered; 4 toes forward; claws black.
Inhabit in the cliff or cave, nest and live. Strong flying ability. The food is all kinds of flying insects.
It is distributed in central and southwest China, Hubei and Sichuan.
