[clinical application] 1

Take 30 grams of Qiancao root, add 3 bowls of water and fry it into 1 bowl, once. Take 1 dose every other day, 7 doses for a course of treatment. It can also be made into pills, 1.25g each time, twice a day, 14 days as a course of treatment. The course of treatment depends on the patient's condition. The interval of each course is 7-14 days. After taking the decoction, there may be mild nausea, limb weakness and other side effects, which generally do not need to be treated and can disappear by themselves. After 3 months of treatment, more than 90% of the 43 patients' symptoms were significantly improved, liver and spleen were reduced in varying degrees, and liver function was improved, especially alanine aminotransferase.

② Treatment of chronic infectious hepatitis

The usage and dosage are the same as above. 9 cases (4 cases complicated with schistosomiasis) were observed. After 1-2 courses of treatment, after 1-3 months, the self-conscious symptoms were significantly improved, hepatomegaly was also reduced and softened in varying degrees, tenderness was relieved or disappeared, and liver function was improved in some cases. Spider nevus on the chest disappeared in some cases after half a month.

In addition, one case of chronic prostatitis complicated with epididymitis was observed. After taking paiqiancao pill for a course of treatment, the pain of urination was gradually alleviated and disappeared after about 2 months, and the swelling of epididymis was gradually reduced until it was close to normal, softened, and the pain was significantly alleviated with few attacks.
