[plant morphology] Dendrobium gracile
Perennial herbs, 50-80 cm high. Root like. Internodes long, yellowish brown or glabrous, internodes glabrous, surface not easily glabrescent. Single leaf alternate, linear lanceolate, nearly sessile, 4-4.5 cm long, about 1 cm wide; dark green on both sides, bald, with parallel veins on the base. Raceme axillary, inflorescence 3-4 cm long, 3-4 nodes, each node has a bract, astatine, broadly lanceolate; perianth 6, arranged in two rounds, outer 3, broadly lanceolate, light pink; inner 3, smaller, 2 similar, pink, with purple longitudinal lines, the other one with a small cystic lip, purple red; stamen 1, with style into a stamen; ovary lower, 1-locular. No results. The flowering period is from June to July.
Epiphytic in wet rocks or trees. It is distributed in Guangdong and Guangxi.
