Deciduous climbing vines. Stems longitudinally ribbed, sparsely hairy. The leaflets are ovate to ovate elliptic, 3-7 cm long, apex pointed or acute, base rounded, margin sparsely coarsely serrated, both sides sparsely covered with yellowish hairs, without stipules and stipules. Panicle axillary or terminal, with slender pedicels; flowers white, 1.5-2 cm in diameter; sepals 4, obovate oblong, both sides with short silky pilose; without petals; stamens many, filaments forked; carpels many. Achene hairy, with short pinnate style.
In the woods or barren slopes. Distributed in Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places.
