He was born in Wujin, Jiangsu Province. He was born in Licheng, Shandong Province.

Zhu Min's method of painting mountains and rivers. His works can compete with those of Cha Shibiao and Weng KANGYI. He was also good at finger painting. He visited Zha's shuixizhuang in Tianjin for the first time, and wanzhepo tasted finger painting as a gift. He wrote regular script of Fasu and Wang, and refined official script.
