Original name: Chen Kai, born in 1963 in Shanghai, Hefei, Anhui Province, is a contemporary Chinese figure painter and associate professor. He is now a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Folk Artists Association and director of the calligraphy and painting art committee, an associate professor of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Arts, a distinguished painter of the Jiangsu Academy of traditional Chinese painting, and an associate professor of the Art Department of Beijing Polytechnic of electronic technology, Beijing Zhigao art museum full time painter Shandong Wenxuan Gallery recommended painter. He was enlightened by his grandfather Kong Xiaoyu, a famous flower and bird painter, and his uncle Kong Zhongqi, a famous landscape painter.
