He was born in October 1955 and joined the army in December 1970. He graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University, with the rank of senior police officer and grade 5 technology. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of Inner Mongolia Branch of the Chinese society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the evaluation committee of senior medical titles of the armed police force, and a Postgraduate Tutor.

He successively served as a surgeon, deputy director, director and vice president of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Inner Mongolia Armed Police Corps Hospital. In April 2004, he served as the president of Inner Mongolia Armed Police Corps Hospital. in 35 years of medical practice, there are more than 32000 cases of surgical operation and 13000 cases of safe delivery of infants, without any deviation. In the field of gynecology in Inner Mongolia, we created the first abdominal wall transverse incision technique of extraperitoneal cesarean section, and successfully cured more than 12000 cases of gynecological adnexal cysts and hyperplasia of mammary glands with Xiaohuang pill developed by ourselves in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
