Gao Pei, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1965 in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. He has a bachelor's degree. He began to work in October 1982 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1985.

He used to be the director of Wuxi Agricultural Committee of Jiangsu Province.
