Qi Shiying

Qi Shiying (1899-1987), born in Tieling, Liaoning Province. Political figures in the period of the Republic of China. Born in a farming family, he went to Germany and Japan to study, and became the elite of intellectuals in Northeast China. His father was a Fengjun officer, but he followed Guo Songling to revolt against him and was wanted by Zhang zuolin. In 1916, he graduated from Xinxue Academy in Tianjin, where he studied philosophy in Kyoto, Japan, and the Department of philosophy and economics in Heidelberg, Germany. In 1925, Guo Songling returned home from his studies and organized Tongze middle school. In the winter of this year, he took part in the battle of "returning to Fengtian" and was defeated. He lived in the Japanese Consulate in Xinmintun. The next year, he returned to China, joined the Kuomintang, and went back to Japan to study in the infantry. During that time, he worked for Sino Japanese diplomacy. In 1929, he returned to China. At the invitation of Chen Lifu, he served as secretary of the Political Committee of the CPC Central Committee. He was also a member of the Northeast party affairs. He was also an executive member of the sixth CPC Central Committee and a member of the National Political Council. Tieling Qijia was a Han nationality who settled from Xugou county (now incorporated into Taiyuan City) to Fengtian (now Shenyang) in the early 18th century. His father, Qi Pengda, was born in Baoding old accelerated school and joined the Fengjun army.
