Wu Kai
Wu Kai (1917-2000), formerly known as Wu Baofeng, was born in Tianjin. He joined the Communist Youth League of China in 1933, the Communist Party of China in 1936 and the army in 1940.

Li Peng (October 20, 1928 - July 22, 2019), from Chengdu, Sichuan, was born in Shanghai. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1945 and worked in March 1941. He graduated from the hydropower Department of Moscow Power College of the former So. Li Peng
