Chen Dan, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1985 in Guanyang County, Guangxi Province. He graduated from junior high school and began to work in October 2003. The postman of Xinwei post office of Guanyang county. During the freezing disaster in Guanyang County, he did not miss an email because of the snow disaster. After a long time, he mobilized the whole family to carry the mail from the ice and snow to the post office to ensure the safety of the mail. Scientific research
He is mainly engaged in the research of the damage and repair of the visual nervous system. He found that the synaptic plasticity of rat retinal neurons changed after acute high intraocular pressure injury, and studied the regulatory mechanism of this plasticity from glial cells. He proposed that this change may be the key factor affecting the recovery of visual function after injury. It has undertaken one National Natural Science Foundation, one doctoral program foundation of the Ministry of education, one new teacher foundation and one natural science foundation of Hunan Province. 8 scientific research papers were published as the first author or corresponding author, 5 of which were included in SCI.
