Profile
On August 17, 1962, Huang Yong'an was born in a "scholarly family" on the Bank of Gantang Lake in Xunyang, Jiangxi Province; he graduated from the medical department of Jiangxi Medical College in 1984 and went to China Medical University for a master's degree in medicine; in the past 26 years, he has been engaged in surgery: more than 4000 cases of craniocerebral surgery and nearly 600 cases of stereotactic surgery. in the medical career, he has rich clinical experience, profound and keen observation, and has superb skills and unique insights in the diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgical diseases. He made a comprehensive and in-depth study of various difficult diseases in neurosurgery, and confirmed that cancer is the main disease harming brain health. He persisted in tracking and tracing for decades and accumulated rich data for future generations. Huang Yong'an, constantly set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and humanitarian spirit, carry forward the courage to devote himself to the cause of medical science, regard life above all else, abide by professional ethics and sentiment, infect and help patients build confidence in life with the charm of personality, and improve the quality of life and life of patients. his superb medical skills, continuous exploration of new topics in the field of science, indomitable style of not curing patients and dedication to serving the people wholeheartedly are deeply respected and loved by the people.
Good at treatment and research
In addition to routine operation, he has successively completed giant pituitary adenoma in sellar region, medullary tumor, giant ependymoma in high cervical spinal cord, giant meningioma in lateral fissure, meningioma in posterior 1 / 3 of sagittal sinus and transverse sinus, giant schwannoma in cervical spinal canal, giant meningioma in ventral spinal cord of circumcervical junction, and orbital intracranial dumbbell type giant brain tumor They have great achievements in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm and neuromyopathy.
academic research
Plateau project "study on lesion of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in vivo and in vitro under plateau conditions", "pathological observation of brain tissue damage in plateau rabbits" "comparative analysis of skull structure of 1000 Tibetan and Chinese plateau cases" "study on relationship between skull shape and internal capsule tilt angle at Plateau"
Professional research
Since 1984, he has successively participated in neurosurgical operations such as pituitary adenoma resection via nasal transsphenoidal approach, occipital artery cerebellum transplantation, acoustic neuroma, intraoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for brain tumors, resection of posterior fossa and part of skull base tumors, etc., involving nearly 1000 cases of craniocerebral operations. Master brain stereotactic, X-knife and gamma knife techniques. In 1992, in cooperation with Tiantan Hospital, we took the lead in developing brain stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) technology in China. It lays a foundation for the development of this technology in China. Since 1998, we have focused on the application of microelectrode (cell knife) in the localization of functional neurosurgery. Since the development of brain stereotactic technology in 1990, we have successively carried out such operations as tumor interstitial radiotherapy, cyst puncture and longitudinal fissure drainage, evacuation of hematoma, aspiration of brain abscess, tumor tissue biopsy and X-knife in the treatment of intracranial tumors and vascular malformations, and achieved satisfactory results. In 1993, he participated in the national appraisal of the domestic brain stereotactic instrument of Anke company, and cooperated in recording the video album "Introduction to clinical application of brain stereotactic instrument", which promoted the development of brain stereotactic technology in China. More than 30 papers have been published. "Research on the clinical application of stereotactic radioneurosurgery (X-knife)", "Research on the application of T-Mark in skull surface localization" and "stereotactic puncture of longitudinal fissure cistern drainage in the treatment of cystic brain tumors" won the third prize of military science and technology progress or clinical achievement in 1996, 1998 and 2001 respectively (the first complete adult). "Research on the application of high altitude nuclear damage and image positioning technology" is going to apply for the second prize of military science and Technology Progress Award (the first completed adult). Participated in the compilation of the professional work "stereotactic radioneurosurgery". In 1989 and 2001, they won the third class meritorious service respectively.
