Cheng Yu (Y ù) (141-220), named Zhongde, was born in Dong'e County of Yanzhou (now Dong'e County of Shandong Province). He was a counselor, famous minister and general of Cao Wei from the late Eastern Han Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms period. His real name is Cheng Li.
