Wang Huo
Wang Huo, male, formerly known as Wang HONGPU, was born in Shanghai in July 1924 in Rudong, Jiangsu Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and an honorary member of the Chinese writers' Association. He graduated from Journalism Department of Fudan University in 1948. Former Secretary and general manager of Sichuan literature and Art Publishing House, former deputy chief editor and editor of Sichuan people's publishing house, member of the 5th and 6th CPPCC of Sichuan Province, honorary vice chairman of Sichuan Writers Association. He retired in the spring of 1987. In 1995, the State Council awarded the title of national advanced worker.
Life of the characters
In 1943, he began to publish his works. After the victory, he interviewed the Nanjing Massacre and wrote a large number of progress features of trying war criminals, traitors and criticizing the current situation. Achievements and honors
In December 1993, Wang Huo attended a delegation of Chinese writers to visit Myanmar. In 1995, the State Council awarded the title of national advanced worker. In 1996, Sichuan Province awarded the title of Excellent Communist Party member. In October 1997, Wang Yan led a delegation of Chinese writers to visit the Czech Republic and Yugoslavia, and attended the 34th International Writers conference in Belgrade. In 1998, Sichuan press and Publication Bureau and the Press Association issued a notice to learn from him. In February 1998, CCTV broadcast Wang Huo's answer to host Bai Yansong's question in the program "son of the Orient". In the spring of 1999, Wang Huo led a delegation of mainland writers to Taiwan for cultural exchanges. His achievements were listed in the publication of biography of the family by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. In 2004, Wang Huo published nearly 500000 words of his memoir "passers by suddenly look back" in Chongqing Publishing House.
