Chen Yonggui
Chen Yonggui (1914-march 26, 1986) was born in Xiyang, Shanxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1948.
He was vice premier of the State Council.
Life of the characters
Born in 1914. In 1948, he joined the Communist Party of China. in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, he successively served as the production committee member, Secretary of the Party branch and director of the agricultural society of Dazhai village. In 1959, he was Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Dazhai commune. In 1961, he was an alternate member of the Xiyang County Party committee of the Communist Party of China. Since 1967, he has successively served as deputy director of Shanxi provincial Revolutionary Committee, Secretary of Xiyang County CPC Committee, Secretary of Shanxi Provincial CPC Committee, and Secretary of Jinzhong Prefecture CPC Committee. 1975-1980, vice premier of the State Council. In September 1980, the third session of the Fifth National People's Congress accepted his request for the removal of vice premier of the State Council. In 1983, he worked as a consultant in the eastern suburb farm of Beijing. He died in Beijing on March 26, 1986 at the age of 72.

Chen Yonggui is a member of the ninth CPC Central Committee, member of the Political Bureau of the 10th and 11th CPC Central Committee, and deputy to the third to Fifth National People's Congress.
