Hua Jian, member of the Party committee and vice president of Wuxi Polytechnic College, male, Han nationality, from Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, was born in July 1959. He joined the party in November 1992 and began to work in October 1977. He graduated from the Mechanical Department of Nanjing Institute of technology with a bachelor's degree and graduated from the postgraduate course of mold design and manufacturing major of Jiangsu University of technology.
