Shen Zhongyang

Shen Zhongyang, male, Han nationality, born in November 1962 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a member of the rural labor party. He joined the work in August 1984 and graduated from the medical department of Japanese university. He has a postgraduate degree, a doctor of medicine, a chief physician, a professor and a doctoral supervisor.

He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the labor party, chairman of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the labor party, and President of Tianjin first central hospital.

Shen Zhongyang has been engaged in clinical and research of liver transplantation for 30 years, and has made a series of pioneering work in the field of clinical liver transplantation in China. In 1994, he presided over the completion of the first long-term survival liver transplantation operation in China, creating the longest survival record of the first liver transplantation in China (10 years); in 1998, he established the first professional transplantation team in China, and in eight years, he built Dongfang, the largest organ transplantation center in Asia The organ transplant center, the first Chinese mainland organ transplant center, was awarded by CLINICALTRANSPLANTS China's liver transplant training center in 2006.

We have successfully held four national clinical liver transplantation seminars, trained a large number of outstanding young organ transplant workers, and built the largest organ transplant center in the whole army and Beijing in Beijing Armed Police General Hospital. Main contributions

1. To formulate a plan to prevent recurrence of hepatitis B after liver transplantation and solve the main obstacles in the development of liver transplantation in China.

Shen Zhongyang cooperated in many fields and formulated the "individualized sequential treatment plan and treatment roadmap for HBV reinfection after liver transplantation" (the national standard plan now in use), which is suitable for China's national conditions. The recurrence rate of hepatitis B in five years after liver transplantation has been reduced from more than 80% to less than 5%, making the patients with hepatitis B related liver disease survive for a long time after liver transplantation and solving the main obstacles in the development of liver transplantation in China I'm not in the way. 2. Promote organ donation in China

To organize the formulation of China's heart and brain death standards, formulate China's organ acquisition and use standards, promote China's first local regulations on organ donation, and become the director of the national organ donation management center, promote the establishment of China's organ donation system, and improve the international recognition of China's organ transplantation.

3. Established and improved many kinds of liver transplantation and established the principle of operation optimization

By the end of 2014, nearly 10000 cases of liver transplantation had been completed, accounting for 1 / 4 of the total number of cases in China. According to the statistics of China liver transplantation registration system, Tianjin First Central Hospital ranked first among 80 transplantation centers in China in terms of survival rate and quality of life, and is the only medical institution in China that can carry out liver, kidney, pancreas, small intestine, heart and lung transplantation at the same time. Living donor liver transplantation (LDLT), split liver transplantation (shlt) and combined liver kidney transplantation (shlt) were ranked first in terms of operation cases and quality of life. In 2009, the first double donor liver transplantation with Domino and living donor liver was successfully completed in the world.
