Xie Youshun, male, was born in August 1972 in Changting County, Fujian Province. Doctor of literature, Fudan University, first-class writer. Since 2006, professor and doctoral supervisor of Chinese Department of Sun Yat sen University.

He has successively been selected as a famous cultural expert and "four batch" talent of the Ministry of publicity, a "new century excellent talent" of the Ministry of education, a distinguished professor of "Pearl River scholars" of Guangdong Province, and a leading cultural talent of Guangdong Province. Enjoy the special allowance of the State Council. He is also the vice president of Chinese Fiction Society, member of literary theory and criticism Committee of Chinese Writers Association, vice chairman of Guangdong Writers Association, executive vice chairman of Guangdong literary critics association, etc. He is the sponsor and convener of the Chinese literature and Media Awards.

He has published more than 20 works such as the common way of prose, the thoughts in novels, becoming a novelist, and two literary dialogues. He has edited many sets of books and dozens of them. He has published more than 300 academic papers in literary review, literary research and other journals. He has won the Feng Mu literature award, the solemn literature award and the literary criticism award of the China Federation of literary and art circles.
