Personal resume
In July 1983, Zhu Dake graduated from East China Normal University and was assigned to the Chinese teaching and research section of Shanghai University of Finance and economics to teach "College Chinese". Because of the inconsistency with his major and research field, and the loss of the humanistic environment of his university days, his mood turned to depression, "lost direction, frustrated and lazy, doing nothing." During this period, except for a film system theory, he almost stopped all his writing and stayed dormant for nearly two years. The turnaround came two years later. In 1985, Zhu Dake was invited to participate in the National Symposium on new methods of literary criticism held at Xiamen University. "This has changed my future." This grand gathering almost gathered the best and most popular talents in China at that time. And Zhu Dake is the "nameless mouse generation". Not long after his return, his first poetry review, the anxious generation and city dream, came out and was published in the famous avant-garde magazine contemporary literary trend in 1986. "This article completely deviates from the general criteria of criticism. It is naive, but murderous and full of strange ideas. It is not so much about explaining other people's works as about showing off oneself." Zhu Dake didn't think much of this article which attracted the attention of the literary circles at that time. In 1986, he published "the defects of Xie Jin's film mode", which caused a stir at home and abroad. At that time, Zhong xiefei, President of China film criticism society, wrote an article that pointed out: "Zhu Dake's article is very shining. In addition to being a theoretical generalization and courage, what's more important is that he regards film as a cultural phenomenon, showing his sense of responsibility for the whole society and literature and art." After that, with a series of literary research and critical articles, Zhu Dake became famous in the Chinese literary world and established himself as a pioneer critic. "At that time, I was very young and crazy." He said that at a high-level academic meeting, you can also despise the participants, say something casually, and then withdraw from the meeting on the spot, "offending a lot of people, because you don't care about other people's feelings at all." It has something to do with the environment in which I grew up. I'm an only child. I'm eager for freedom and independence. I've been playing with myself since I was a child. I'm used to being lonely. " From primary school to middle school, there are always the words "arrogance and complacency" in his report card, "the teacher always wants me to" guard against arrogance and rashness. " Nowadays, Zhu Dake seldom argues with others. He thinks that "it's meaningless and a waste of time." When he said this, he showed his pride of being carefully hidden. Zhu Dake is 50 years old (in 2007). "In fact, I knew my destiny when I was 40." He picked up the tea and took a sip. "I'm a controversial person, some people like it, some people hate it.". He looked down and up again, "in fact, controversy is the best state. It's not normal to have no dispute. I write for the next century because history is the best judge. " (excerpt from interview with Huaiyao)

one
Red Book of memory
Zhu Dake's discourse, which is called "Zhu Yu" by many people, is a metaphorical writing interwoven with sensibility and rationality, and has been loved and imitated by many young readers for many years. This book is the integration of most of the essays of poetry, prose, essays and novels over the past 20 years, some of which are called masterpieces of modern Chinese. The author's profound views on history and reality are woven into a gorgeous and hard style of writing, forming a unique narrative interpretation style. The pictures in the book are also the extension of metaphorical writing, which can not only meet the visual needs of the era of picture reading, but also contain intriguing cultural codes. In the era of rampant cultural garbage and increasingly serious reading anxiety, this book has a collection value that can not be ignored.

The feast of hooligans: the narrative of hooligans in contemporary China
This book explores the phenomenon of rogue discourse prevailing in contemporary China. Contemporary China is divided into two societies, one is the national society, the other is a rogue society without order, belief, authority and morality. It is based on 200 million vagrants who have left the land and has become the invisible attribute of contemporary China. This book takes the identity theory as the logical premise, takes the rogue discourse as the object, takes cool language, pornographic language and obscene language as the analysis elements, and unfolds a comprehensive, in-depth and unique new interpretation of the rogue narrative mode permeated in various cultural styles (novels, poetry, art, music and popular culture, etc.), which convincingly reveals the basic characteristics of the rogue discourse. It is refreshing to read. It is a great breakthrough in the study of hooliganism, and also a rare achievement in the discourse study of Chinese ideological circles in recent years.
The map of Chinese culture in the 21st century (eight volumes) is published by Guangxi Normal University Press, Shanghai University Press, Jilin press, commercial press, Tongji University Press, etc. The Japanese version of this series of cultural yearbooks is an overview of Chinese culture, published by Hoya press, Japan.)
in the process of dealing with various current cultural phenomena, the editors try to really and effectively break into the scene of cultural spirit, taking the independent position and the spirit of criticizing rebellion as the basic coordinate system of this "cultural map". "Selected works of criticism" records the spirit of the annual cultural criticism; the latitude of "key words" marks the key marks of all levels in the public cultural space; the longitude of "cultural events" shows the major events in various cultural fields based on the annual time division. The holographic image of the annual culture thus depicted should be the whole or part, and confirm the "self" position of the cultural individual through it, so as to have a clearer insight into the spiritual orientation and trend of the current Chinese culture. Walking on this virtual cultural "map", people will meet with all kinds of people and events, and breathe the spirit of this era in the process of observation and observation.

The cultural calendar of the catcher (1999-2004) - blade essays
this book contains most of the influential literary, cultural and political critical articles of famous critic Zhu Dake from 1999 to 2004. All articles have been published in China Newsweek, Nanfang Weekend, nanfengchuang and other famous media, some of which have caused widespread controversy. As one of the most representative critics in China in the 1980s, Zhu Dake still maintains a sharp and profound style. Compared with his theology, mythology and cultural hermeneutics, his cultural criticism is more "lethal", and therefore has the reputation of "one sword at the throat". Zhu Dake's critical style and discourse style have had a subtle impact on the "criticism of cynicism" since the 1990s.

Lightning of words
as one of the most famous cultural scholars in contemporary China, Zhu Dake does not have many words, but almost every article of his has important ideas. "Lightning of words" contains his most representative 13 papers since the mid-1980s, including "hollow literature", "burning maze", "sweet journey", etc. these words fully show the author's sharp thinking and broad vision. Zhu Dake's way of speaking may be out of date in this era of consumerism, but his unique style of discourse is like this“
