Izu (Japanese Hiragana: いず, Roman word: Izu, English Name: Izu) is located in the Izu Peninsula in the east of Shizuoka Prefecture and the Izu Islands in Tokyo. It is a tourist attraction in Japan. Hot springs, seafood, local products, history, nature, Izu is a place full of all kinds of charm. In Tiancheng mountain and inland areas, it sometimes snows in winter, but in coastal and southern Yidou areas, the climate is warm, and flowers are blooming early, competing to tell us the arrival of spring. In addition, Izu state, one of the order states in ancient Japan, belongs to Hokkaido, also known as douzhou.

Yongzi trail

I wonder if you have ever seen the film "the dancer of Izu", which is starred by Baihui Yamaguchi and Youhe Miura, and has been performed by other actors several times. Kawabata Yasunari, Japan's first Nobel Prize writer, published the short story "Izu dancer" in 1926. The novel describes a 20-year-old "I" (seems to be Yasunari Kawabata himself), a student of an old Japanese high school, who has a first love story with a 14-year-old dancer while traveling to Tiancheng mountain in Izu. The story, as well as novels and films, which took place on the Izu stage, has left a heavy mark in the history of Japanese literature and attracted many people to Izu. In the novel, "I" and the dancer once walked along the "Yongzi trail", starting from the Jinglian waterfall in Tiancheng mountain, passing through the Tiancheng mountain tunnel (also known as the "old Tiancheng tunnel"), Hejin Qilong (attachment: "Qilong" in Japanese means seven waterfalls), and finally arriving at Tangye, with a total length of 21 kilometers and a walking time of 6.5 hours.

Tangdao hot spring

Tiancheng mountain traverses the Izu Peninsula from east to west, and divides Izu into two parts from the middle, which are called North Izu and South Izu respectively. Tangdao is located at the southernmost end of the Northern Piedmont of Tiancheng mountain, surrounded by a beautiful cedar forest. The continuous hunting wild river forms a deep valley here. The river water is clear and the bottom is visible, and a large amount of mustard is planted beside the stream. This area has been loved by many literati since ancient times. Indeed, the tangbenguan hotel in Tangdao is the place where Kawabata Yasunari chose to write "the dancer of Izu".

Joren Fall

Jinglian waterfall is the largest waterfall in Izu, with a drop of 25 meters. There are lots of mustard fields nearby, and there are many places for people to enjoy fishing. Because the water quality is good and clean, it is most suitable for the growth of mustard and rock fish. Jinglian waterfall is famous for the legend of Spiderman. It is a well-known tourist attraction in Yidou area. It is surrounded by green shade. It is said that it is the nest of Spiderman, which can not be invaded by ordinary people. It still maintains a beautiful landscape. The sound of the waterfall flowing down from the basalt surrounds the whole valley, and a faint nostalgia can not help but surge into my heart. The waterfall is surrounded by mysterious woods with a drop of 25 meters. The width of the waterfall is 7 meters. It flows down from the valley. The water and cool air in the mountain bring cool air to Yizhen in summer. It is known as the most beautiful waterfall in Tiancheng. Because of the air-conditioning in the mountains and the water droplets, it is chilly even in summer. At the bottom of the waterfall, there is the permanent trout fishing ground of Tiancheng international, and horseradish, the famous name of Tiancheng, spreads along the stream.

Tunnel

The old Tiancheng tunnel was completed in 1905, with a total length of 446 meters. It is also the tunnel that Kawabata Yasunari and Izu once walked through together.

Hejin Qilong

Go through the old Tiancheng tunnel and walk for about 2 hours to reach the entrance of Hejin Qilong. There are bronze statues of dancers and "me". The reason why it is called "Qilong" here is that from the upper stream, there are seven waterfalls, namely, Fulong, Xialong, shelong, chujinglong, crab long, chuhelong and Dalong, forming an excellent hiking route. Dalong is the largest waterfall emerging in Qilong, and it is also the location of famous hot springs. There are as many as 28 hot spring baths in tianchengzhuang hotel. It's really refreshing to enjoy the 30 meter high Taki hot spring bath. Basically, you can't wear clothes to soak in hot springs in Japan, but the open-air hot springs in tianchengzhuang allow shy guests to soak in swimsuits. Qilong hot spring flows out along the upstream Valley, which is really a good place with magical and beautiful scenery.

Onsen Ryokan

Another hour's walk leads to Tangye hot spring, which is located at the end of "Yongzi trail". Along the hejinchuan River, there are many hot spring hotels, including the Futian hotel. This is the place where pure love sprouts between "I" and dancers. The wooden structure seems to bring you to the era of dancers. In the porch corridor, there are pictures of skylark, Jiyong xiaobaihe, Yamaguchi Baihui and Kawabata Yasunari, who have played "dancer", while the hotel door is decorated with the portrait of Izu dancer.

Cactus Garden

The cactus Park in Izu is located at the foot of dashishan mountain in Izu plateau. It is a theme Resort Park with botanical garden, zoo and Museum as its contents. In the five greenhouses, there are tropical plants such as cactus and succulent plants in the world. In the zoo, there are chimpanzees and other animals. Pelicans are free to walk in the park. Visitors can watch the plants and have close contact with the animals.

Hot sea

Rehai is the east entrance of Izu Peninsula, and has been very prosperous since ancient times. It is a tourist area with warm climate and beautiful scenery. In the Edo era, many generals or celebrities headed by Tokugawa Jiakang visited here, and they were also loved by many literati. There are many people who own villas here, and runichiro Tanizaki is one of them. You must go to Rehai plum garden. There are 730 plum trees here. From the beginning of December to March, all kinds of plum blossoms continue to bloom. There is MOA art museum nearby, and the most famous exhibition is the screen of "red and white plum" created by the famous painter of Edo era.

Yidong

Edong is located on the east coast of the Izu Peninsula. There are 780 hot spring gushing points, with a gushing volume of 33000 liters per minute, ranking second to none in China. Although located in the central area of Yidong, Yidong Dahe hall exudes a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Tourists in bathrobes can relax themselves in the hotel. Each room of the hotel has a separate hot spring bathroom, and there are many open-air hot springs. You can enjoy the garden scenery while enjoying the hot springs comfortably. Donghai Pavilion is a three story wooden building built along the Songchuan river through the center of Yidong. The hotel was founded in 1928 and closed down in 1997, but it reopened in 2001 and became a new light spot in Yidong. The traces of early Showa buildings can be seen everywhere in the hotel. The bath inside the hotel can be used. Many tourists prefer to walk along the 1 km path of Songchuan to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Donghai Pavilion on the other side. although the Izu plateau is located in Yidong City, it has a completely different charm from Yidong. In the past, Izu was a quiet resting place with lots of villas and rest houses. In 2010, it became an art plateau with lots of art museums and galleries. From dashishan, which is 580 meters above sea level, you can see the seven islands of Izu and Mount Fuji. There is Chengqi on the side of the coast. It is a natural art formed by the lava flowing into the sea when the Dashi and tianchengshan mountains erupt fire. The hiking route is clear, the facilities are complete, and the dark blue ocean with suspension bridge is quite beautiful.

Hejin

Hejin, which is famous for Hejin cherry, is also a well-known hot spring area, including Hejin Qilong hot spring and Tangye hot spring. Hejin cherry, which began to bloom at the end of January, is the earliest cherry blossom in Japan. Along the Hejin River, there are about 8000 cherry trees and beautiful pink flowers in Hejin, which can be viewed for more than a month.

Xiatian

Located in the southern part of the Izu Peninsula, Xiatian has a blue ocean and a white beach. Thanks to the sunshine, it has blooming flowers throughout the year and is full of southern taste. It is a port town opened at the end of the shogunate period. In 1854, Perry, the US governor, sailed to Japan. The Treaty of peace between Japan and the United States and the Treaty of peace between Japan and Russia were concluded in Shimoda, leaving many historical sites about this period. Liantai Temple hot spring has a history of more than 1300 years. It is known for its 500 liters of hot spring water per minute. Xiatian hot spring is introduced from liantai Temple hot spring. In guamuzaki, Narcissus began to bloom in mid December. Located on the beach of duohu in Baisha, the Xiatian Dahe Pavilion overlooks the sea, the sky and the beach from each room. Sieb bean

Tufei is the oldest and largest hot spring town on the west coast of Izu. It is also famous for its beautiful sunset on Mount Fuji. It is said that the place where lovers will go is "lover's Corner". If the weather is fine, you can see Mount Fuji. Walk along the romantic promenade of junhewan to the top of "lover's Corner", where lovers wait in line to ring the "love bell". Xiushan Temple
