Zhang Bing

Zhang Bing, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1966 in Ningyang, Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1985 and started work in August 1990 with a postgraduate degree.

He is now the Secretary of Jiaxing Municipal Party committee of Zhejiang Province.
