Character evaluation
Russell Crowe's consummate acting skills can't hide the sense of disobedience brought by his voice in the stage musical les miserables. Shawei appears several times in the film, and the audience can't help acting several times. Russell Crowe's singing skills make the role of Shawei look weak (Netease Entertainment review).
Russell Crowe is an arrogant and extreme self-centered man. Hollywood calls him "a star who can't be tamed". On the other hand, he is a man with superb acting skills and devotion to art. He is an independent man
