Gao Min
Gao Min, born in Zigong City, Sichuan Province on September 7, 1970, is a former Chinese female professional diver and Olympic champion.
Gao Min began to practice swimming at the age of 4. At the age of 9, he was selected by his enlightening tutor Yang Qiang to receive diving training. In 1980, he was selected into the diving team of Sichuan Province. In November 1985, he entered the "national diving juvenile training group". In 1986, she won the champion of springboard diving in the 5th World Swimming Championships and won the champion of women's team with her teammates. In 1988, he won the gold medal of springboard diving with 580.23 points in the 24th Olympic Games, becoming the first gold medal winner of springboard diving in China. In 1992, she won the women's 3m springboard championship in the 25th Olympic Games. He retired in 1992.
Gao Min won more than 70 gold medals in his career of springboard diving, setting a seven-year record of total victory in the Asian Games, the World University Games, the world cup, the world championships and the Olympic Games. She won the women's springboard diving champion in 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. Early experience
