Cao Shen
Cao Shen? In 190bc, he was born in Peixian County, Sishui county (now Peixian County, Jiangsu Province). He was the second prime minister of the Han Dynasty, known as "Cao Xiangguo" in history.
At the beginning of Qin Dynasty, he started Peixian prison. In the first year of Qin II (209 BC), he joined the army in Peixian county. After a hundred battles, he fought against Qin and Chu, and made many achievements, conquering two countries and 122 counties. After Liu Bang established his capital Chang'an, he was awarded the title of marquis Pingyang. He became the Prime Minister of Qi and assisted Liu Fei, the king of Qi. Emperor Hui of the Han Dynasty ascended the throne and succeeded Xiao He as prime minister. Adhering to "Xiao's rules and regulations, Cao followed and recuperated", he laid a good material and theoretical foundation for the rule of Wen Jing.

Early experience
Cao Shen, Marquis of Pingyang, is a member of Peiren. In his early years, he was a jailer in Peixian County in the Qin Dynasty. Hou Pingyang
Xiang Yu died and the world was calm. In 201 BC (the sixth year of emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty), he was granted the title of marquis. The imperial court and the vassals were separated as a basis, so that the titles of the enfeoffees were handed down from generation to generation. The 10630 households in Pingyang were granted to Caoshan as a food town, and the title was Marquis of Pingyang. The former food town was taken back.

As prime minister
Liu Bang became emperor, Han Xin was appointed king of Chu, and Qi was designated county. Cao Shen returned the seal of the Han prime minister. Soon after, Emperor Gao of the Han Dynasty made his eldest son Liu Fei king of Qi. Because he was young, he appointed Cao Shen to assist Liu Fei, king of Qi.

After seeing him, he said to Cao Shen that the way to govern the country is to be clean and do nothing, so that the people can settle down on their own.
