Niu Fubao
Niu Fubao (1805-1854) was born in Wucheng, Zhejiang Province. Word right Shen, number Songquan, list name Fubao. The number one scholar in the 18th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1838) was the same as Zeng Guofan, the 40th in the top three. After he won the first place in the Imperial Academy, Niu Fubao was in charge of the compilation of national history. In the 19th year of Daoguang, he was appointed as the Deputy examiner of Jiangnan Rural examination.
Daoguang 20 years, as the Deputy examiner of Jiangxi provincial examination. Later, he was transferred to Guangxi Xuezheng. In the 25th and 27th years of Daoguang reign, he was appointed as the same examiner in the examination twice, and fairly selected scholars. Ren zhongyun later went to Zhan Shifu as an official, and less Zhan Shifu as an official. As an official in the court, he mainly presided over trial affairs. He has been appointed as an examiners for many times and is famous for fair selection and conscientious selection. In his later years, he abandoned his official position and bought Wang's muqiaotou mansion, which was named "lidetang", a Huizhou merchant, and lived in a quiet place to study poetry. He is good at calligraphy, especially in small regular script. He occasionally paints landscapes and is good at poetry.
