Lin Guangfa (year of birth and death unknown), the word Mingqing, Longxi people. He is sensitive and studious, and is good at ancient prose and Gongshi. Yuan zhizhengjian (1341-1360), recommended by the Ministry of envoys, granted Anxi academic post. During this period, he was awarded the title of director of Anxi County for his meritorious service in appeasing Kou Luan.

Lin Guangfa is a kind-hearted man. When he was appointed as the director of Anxi County, he was often released on the ground of ordinary people when he was interrogated by criminals who had been arrested indiscriminately. When the boss asked why, Lin Guangfa said, "if you catch them in the den where the bandits live, they are usually thieves. If you catch them indiscriminately in the countryside, they are usually innocent people who are wronged or civilians who are coerced." Since then, most of those caught in the countryside have been spared capital punishment. In the future, Fujian Province was divided into two provinces, and it was because of Lin Guangfa's achievements that he was appointed wanhufu. Unfortunately, Lin Guangfa died soon after. Lin Guangfa's only work handed down in later generations is Sanxi collection. The so-called Sanxi is composed by Mr. Gao Deng of Dongxi, Mr. Chen Chun of Beixi and Mr. Cai Ru of Nanxi in Song Dynasty. We are familiar with the deeds of Gordon and Chen Chun. Only Mr. Nanxi lived in Caigang, Shima, built Guanlan Academy in Pinglin, and engaged in education. Scholars call Cai Ru Mr. Nanxi. Lin Guangfa has always admired these three sages, which is why sanxiji came out. Lin Bi, the eldest son of Lin Guangfa, led the township recommendation in the seventh year of the Yuan Dynasty (1347) and became the second in the second year (1348).
